On September 23-25, 2017, Kaifa Metering successfully held its 2017 annual strategy seminar. Mr. Choi Lap Hung, the vice president of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co.,Ltd., and Mr. Zhang Senhui, the general manager of Kaifa Metering, attended the meeting with the company’s leadership team and key members of various departments.
The main task of this strategic seminar was accurately to grasp the development of smart metering markets all over the world, in order to lay a solid foundation for the development and management of enterprises in 2018 and beyond.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zhang Senhui defined the company's future strategic goals and strategic firstly. In the next 3-5 years, the whole company would focusing on the energy measurement and management, internal development and epitaxial acquisition. In order to enable participants to understand this strategy better, Mr. Zhang Senhui explained it in terms of organizational process reengineering, new business development, company's future development, team building/ personnel selection and brand building.
Subsequently, the Marketing & Sales Center, R&D Center, Manufacturing Center, Testing center & Laboratory center and Functional department analyzed reports in details on the current operations and future development of the department.
Afterwards, all participants were divided into four groups. We focused on the five major themes of cultivating internal strength, expanding business, quality delivery, selecting and educating people and corporate culture. At the same time, we conducted group evaluations and everyone engaged in heated discussions.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Choi Lap Hung, the vice president of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co.,Ltd.,, delivered the closing speech for the whole strategy seminar. Mr. Choi appreciated everyone for their efforts and support to the company. By convening this meeting, the company's management made strategic plan much clearer and had more confidence in the business situation. Mr. Choi affirmed the innovative of the strategic seminar and stated that the company should hold seminars in various ways to allow everyone to better understand the company's development and business situation. What’s more, Mr. Choi also hoped that everyone could give advice in order to help company develop in the future.
